I need a STRONG PERFORMING ARTS, SALES TEAM MEMBER… This is a sales job!
BOX OFFICE POSITION FOR:
The Public Theater, Joe`s Pub, Shakespeare in the Park - PART TIME HOURS!!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES
• TELEPHONE SALES: making outbound calls, prospecting new or existing members to purchase memberships to The Public Theater.
• CUSTOMER SERVICE: taking inbound calls for customers purchasing single tickets to scheduled performances at The Public Theater and Joe’s Pub
• Generating an interest in The Public Theater, Joe’s Pub, Shakespeare in the Park & The Labyrinth Theater
SKILLS REQUIRED
• Telephone SALES & Customer Service mastery preferred, but not required
• An impressive, persuasive, charming telephone personality.
• A genuine interest in the performing arts
• Tessitura Ticketing Program experience preferred, but not required
• Website navigation… STRONG COMPUTER & TYPING SKILLS…
• Working knowledge of The Public Theater, Joe’s Pub, Labyrinth Theater preferred, but not required
• Quick learners, who pay attention to detail & is punctual
BENEFITS
